1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the physicalartforcrypto.com website (the "Site") operated by Physical Art For Crypto ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Our Services & Affiliate Model
Physical Art For Crypto sells and facilitates the sale of original artwork by the artist Lei-Kol. We may fulfill your order and service your booking directly, or we may use affiliated sister companies and third-party service providers ("Service Partners") to fulfill orders, process shipments, handle framing, or provide other related services.
When a Service Partner is involved in fulfilling your order:
- We will share only the information necessary for them to complete the transaction (e.g., name, shipping address)
- The Service Partner may have their own terms and conditions that apply to their portion of the service
- We make reasonable efforts to work with reputable partners, but we do not control their operations
3. Purchases & Payments
All artwork sold through the Site is original, one-of-a-kind. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), DAI, USDC, and other supported cryptocurrencies
- PayPal: Standard PayPal payments
Cryptocurrency Payments: Crypto transactions are processed at the exchange rate at the time of transaction. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices, we cannot guarantee a specific exchange rate. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible by nature of blockchain technology. You are responsible for ensuring you send the correct amount to the correct wallet address.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you choose and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping within the United States on all orders
- International shipping is available worldwide; additional fees may apply
- Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or is materially different from the description. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@physicalartforcrypto.com with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Complaints & Disputes
If your order was fulfilled by a Service Partner (affiliated sister company or third-party provider), any complaints, claims, or disputes regarding the fulfillment, shipping, quality of service, or handling of your order should be directed to that Service Partner. We will provide you with the relevant contact information for the Service Partner upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Physical Art For Crypto shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, errors, delays, or negligence of our Service Partners (affiliated companies or third-party providers) in fulfilling your order
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of artwork
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, incorrect wallet addresses, failed blockchain transactions, or other issues inherent to cryptocurrency payments
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including artwork images, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Physical Art For Crypto and/or Lei-Kol and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Purchasing a physical artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or digital rights, which remain with the artist.
9. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to display artwork colors and dimensions accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly from screen displays due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Dimensions are approximate. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
10. Communications & Marketing Consent
By submitting the contact form, you consent to receiving transactional communications from us related to your inquiry (e.g., replies, follow-ups). These are not marketing messages and are necessary to respond to your request.
Marketing communications (promotional emails, texts, or calls about new artwork) are only sent if you explicitly opt in via the marketing consent checkbox. Marketing consent is entirely optional and not required to use the Site or make a purchase. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any message.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona, United States.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under mandatory local laws.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
